What to Expect

Therapy sessions typically last 50 minutes and include support, education, and therapeutic activities. The process is collaborative and therapeutic goals will be agreed upon together in the initial session. On-going monitoring of progress towards these goals will take place over the course of the treatment.

Services are provided on a fee-for-service basis at a rate of $225 per 50-minute session. Your Extended Health Care or Employee Assistance Plan may cover much of the cost and I am happy to work with your plan to maximize your coverage. The fees for psychological services can be claimed as a medical expense and are tax deductible.
